  • As passes change every season, your 2012/2013 season pass will be printed in the fall.  You will be notified of pre-season printing days, or you can come in to get the pass printed once the season starts.

Please note: Season Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold.  If you cannot use your pass due to lack of snow, medical reasons, pregnancy, divorce, moving away, or any other reason, you will not receive a refund.  No exceptions will be made.

2012/2013 Lost Pass Policy

It is the responsibility of the pass holder to secure the pass to himself or herself.  Season Pass armbands are available for $4 each in our pro shop if you do not feel the clip provided is adequate to secure the pass to yourself.  If you lose your pass, report it to the ticket counter immediately and you will be issued a lift ticket for one week.  If you cannot find your pass at the end of one week, you will be charged $20 to have a pass reissued.  Any Nordic Mountain Money on your pass will be voided immediately after the pass is lost and reissued to your new pass.  If you have Nordic Mountain Money on your pass, be sure to report it lost immediately to the ticket counter.  Nordic Mountain, LLC, is not liable for any Nordic Mountain Money used between the time the pass is lost and the time the pass is reported lost.
